I have used Midtown Plumbing multiple times since moving into our home last year. They were recommended to me by many friends and for good reason! Unlike others, they are extremely responsive and punctual. The first time I called, my husband and I were convinced we would be buying a new hot water heater as that was what another plumber had told us. Midtown came, inspected the problem, and discovered we just needed a new shower head! They ended up saving us thousands of dollars, for which we were very grateful. Other times, they have quickly repaired an overflowing toilet and a toilet handle. Their prices are competitive, and their service is excellent. I would highly recommend Midtown Plumbing. Edit to add (May 2025): We were having trouble with water temperature in a few of our sinks. Jason came last week, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it a few days later. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Another great experience with Midtown!

Tim came out to do an assessment on a leak we had and was right on time, called to let me know his ETA, and was incredibly friendly. He was able to fix the leak then came back today (Monday) to finish the rest of the work. Again, he called to let me know his ETA, was right on time, and got right to work. After all of the work was finished, he walked me through to ensure that I understood exactly what he did and made sure that everything was working as expected. It was the smoothest experience I’ve ever had and will definitely be using Midtown again. Shout out to Tim for making this as seamless as humanly possible.
